Our remuneration packages are designed to attract the best property managers in the town and provide incentives to take full responsibility over their portfolios and offer the best service in town to their client portfolio.
A real estate practice is only as good as the staff it employs. We beleive in spending the majority of resources on good staff and systems to improve efficiency, attracting the best property management staff and giving incentives so that they work harder and smarter than other property managers in the town.
Our remuneration package for Property Managers is based on that of successful sales consultants. Our property managers are paid a generous percentage of the management fee revenue from the portfolio of properties they manage. This gives the opportunity for a property manager to manage the number of properties they are comfortable with in order to sustain the high levels of personal service.
